Tahiti, French Polynesia is located 8200 km from the USA, California, or 8 hours by plane, and 18,000 km from Europe, approximately 24 hours by plane. Although being a French territory (Overseas Collectivity), products from Tahiti and its islands must go through customs.


Therefore, we are unable to offer a 24-hour or 48-hour delivery service. We thank you in advance for your understanding and patience.


Regardless of the chosen shipping method, shipping fees are automatically calculated during your order based on the package weight.

“EXPRESS” SHIPPING

Your package is handled by CHRONOPOST international services.

It is shipped by plane from Tahiti 2 to 3 times a week depending on the period (only on Fridays for New Caledonia). The approximate delivery time is 8 to 10 days for metropolitan France and EU countries, from the departure date from Tahiti. Customs Formalities:

Although French Polynesia is a French territory (Overseas Collectivity), our products are subject to customs control upon entry into the main delivery countries (France, Europe, American continent, etc.).


Therefore, all our prices are excluding taxes. You may therefore have to pay additional taxes and customs fees to the carrier who delivers your package (e.g., VAT).


If this is the case, you will not be able to receive your package without paying these taxes and customs fees, which are at your expense.


It is difficult to estimate the amount of these taxes as they are not always applied. However, you can make an average estimate by applying the VAT rate applicable in the chosen delivery country to the amount of your order.


The shipment of perfumes by postal parcel internationally is prohibited.


For the delivery of perfumes to the islands of French Polynesia, there are strict rules and therefore an additional cost.

Formalities to be paid upon receipt of the package

Since July 2021, all European countries have claimed VAT on the value of the products we ship from Tahiti.


The franchise that previously existed no longer exists: you will therefore have to pay VAT on the value of the products you order if the delivery address is located in a European country.


It is the carrier who will give you the package who will ask you for the taxes.


The VAT rate is different depending on the European countries.


It is based on your delivery address that you will pay the VAT applicable in the country for the products concerned. Find out more and depending on the carrier the VAT amount may be increased by various fees or flat rate.


For example, in France, the carrier who handles our packages is La Poste and if you pay online on the La Poste website, it will charge you €2 in fees, in addition to VAT. If you pay when the package is delivered, the costs will be €8.
